Given progressive liberal-led California went from a nearly $100 billion dollar surplus in 2022 to a roughly $73 billion dollar deficit in 2024, it is no wonder Gavin did not want to give a State of the State Address for the SECOND year in a row. It goes to the heart of his leadership skills in California.
